Session expectations, fees and billing, insurance, cancellation, and no-show policy, office hours and communication policy, emergency and crisis support, confidentiality, information therapist may share, exceptions to confidentiality, records and patient rights, minors, couples and families, group therapy, office policies, electronic communications, social interactions, termination of services, telehealth provisions (limitations, confidentiality and security, methods of communication, technology considerations, location of services), international clients, dispute resolution, miscellaneous terms on how the agreement is to be handled.
